Filing a Notice
Send to our designated agent at team@vettted.ai (subject "DMCA"): (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification and location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices & Repeat Infringers
If your material was removed, you may submit a counter-notice with the statutory elements of § 512(g)(3); we may restore material 10–14 business days after receipt unless the complainant files a court action. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Misrepresentations in notices or counter-notices may create liability under § 512(f).
