Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of vettted.ai and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation, or facilitating others' violations
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or impersonation of any person, Agency, or affiliation
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate vetting outcomes, reviews, ratings, placements, or the matching process
• Submitting or soliciting fake, incentivized-without-disclosure, or self-interested reviews
• Unauthorized access, probing, or disruption of the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure; circumventing rate limits or access controls
• Automated collection beyond our published machine-readable interfaces and their documented limits, or use of collected data to build a competing curated directory
• Uploading malicious code or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or deceptive
• Using introductions, buyer contact information, or member tools for spam, resale, or any purpose other than the bona fide engagement they were provided for
• Interfering with the affiliate program's integrity (cookie-stuffing, self-referrals, trademark bidding)

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations; remove or restrict content; suspend, limit, or terminate access; revoke vetting statuses; notify affected parties; and cooperate with law enforcement. We reserve all remedies at law and equity. Reports: team@vettted.ai.
